MALAYSIAN MENTAL HEALTH ASSOCIATION (MMHA)

Malaysian Mental Health Association (MMHA) is a non-profit voluntary organisation managed by an elected committee of interested persons and professionals in the community. 

At MMHA, the organization provides supportive services to psychiatric patients who had recovered or were recovering from their acute phase of the illness.

Mental Illness Awareness & Support Association (MIASA), or Persatuan Kesedaran Dan Sokongan Penyakit Mental â€“ is a Mental Health Advocacy and Peer Support NGO based in Selangor

MIASA is a mental illness NGO founded by patients for patients. They provide counseling, assessments, support groups, and various programs to educate and empower patients to step bravely in their recovery journey.

You can find some guidance and essential mental advice for coping in difficult times.

They are a non-profit voluntary organization in Sarawak that aims to raise awareness of mental health and promote better care of our well-being.

Emotional support 24 hours, everyday for people who are lonely, in distress, in despair or having suicidal thoughts.

The service that the Befrienders offer is called befriending. Befrienders aims to benefit society by helping people who contact them to develop better emotional self-awareness which in turn leads to improved emotional health and well-being.
